All services are performed by me the owner, I always guarantee 100% satisfaction, if the repair is not successful and additional repair attempts fail there is no charge; with much pride, up to now, everyone has been 100% happy and satisfied!

Computer Repair for Homes/On-site to Long Island: This is a door to door service, there is no charge for the call or for the pick-up/delivery of your computer if necessary, it's free! This is versus the $120 fee that major computer repair stores will charge you as a diagnostic fee just to look at your computer.
My Computer repair rates for home computers are $35/Half-Hour, you are only paying me for the time I spend repairing your computer versus high labor charges of major stores.
All of this above makes my rates competitive and affordable.
Computer Repair for Businesses/Offices to Long Island: The rates for businesses are different, I charge $150 for the first hour and $75 every hour after.
If the issue you are experiencing involves an error with Windows Server edition, connecting multiple computers like setting-up/fixing a small business/workplace network, the rates are $250 for the first hour and $150 every hour after.
Computer Repair for Homes/On-site to Manhattan only: $75/Half-Hour plus $50 call fee to be paid upfront by credit card.
Computer Repair for Businesses/Offices to Manhattan only: $50 call fee to be paid upfront, $150 for the first hour, $75 every hour after; $250 for the first hour for Windows Server/Multiple computers/Business Network repair/set-up, and $150 every hour after;
For remote support to Long Island: $35/Half-Hour; A troubleshooting fee of $35 is paid upfront by credit card, it is non-refundable. If the repair is not successful the $35 troubleshooting fee goes for the time spent diagnosing the issue (only 1% of cases, extremely rare) and this only applies to the remote support service.
For Remote Support - Manhattan only: Same troubleshooting fee as above except I charge $50/Half Hour instead.

One on one computer tutoring lessons: $40/Half-Hour to Long Island, $80/half hour to Manhattan plus $50 call fee upfront..

Why are my rates better?
My service is mobile offering computer repair service to your house, office or on-site;
I do not have a brick and mortar retail store which means I do not have to pay rent or mortgage and pass on to you this high expense like the big stores do.
This allows me to waive the call fee, the pick-up and delivery fee including travel time and overall lower my rates and offer better pricing than the competition.
Also, there is no such a thing as free diagnostic of your computer, the diagnostic process is as I say 99% of the work, 1% is the repair.

What you pay isn't everything, my service is exceptional because I go beyond what is supposed to be done and work on your computer and treat it like if it would be mine, always.
Most computer repair shops end-up charging you an amount of money that you could almost use to buy yourself a new desktop or a new laptop making the repair itself not worth it at all. They do not warn you that this is the case, I do.
Beware: Do not believe pc techs that charge you ridiculously low rates either, they are not professionals and/or do not take pride in what they do.
You will get a sloppy job, the solution to your issue will not last long, and they might even damage your computer, mark my words. It's better to pay what is right and have your computer fixed for a very long time, otherwise be fooled :).

I waive the call fee, the pick-up and delivery fee including travel time versus very expensive starter fees of major computer repair stores averaging $120 and worse if they come to you;
I charge by half-hour, and do not have a minimum hourly requirement which means you are only paying for the time I spend fixing your computer.
If the repair takes five minutes, then I deserve only five minutes of pay.
This can save you a lot of money versus the non-sense, high diagnostic fees plus high labor charges that major computer repair stores will have you pay.
Whether the repair is performed on-site or not, every step is explained, noted and reported for your future reference; if it is a hardware issue, I offer a 24 hour turnaround (excluding one or two days for the shipping of any replacement parts if needed) versus seven to fifteen days of waiting time with the big stores;
Replacement parts when needed, are purchased at the lowest available price in the market and of a good quality, purchase receipt is given to you from the seller/manufacturer with its respective warranty as to show you that no extra money or fees are being charged for this service (it's part of the repair); A store will charge you double the money for replacement parts and for almost everything they sell, and be sure that they try everything to move their inventory.
I discuss solutions upfront and my service comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if your issue has not been solved, I will perform additional repairs free of charge and if these fail, no charge will be applied entirely.
I am proud to say that no one has ever needed to request a refund as all issues have always been solved and everyone has been satisfied and happy 100%!

Beware of Who You Choose to Repair Your Computer:
There is no such a thing as a free diagnosis, do not believe the hype of some that offer you that, they are not telling you the truth one way or another.
The reason behind this, is because at times a good bit of time needs to be spent on your computer to actually diagnose the issue, the fix can be very quick afterwards. It's a rule-out diagnosis, you start by checking on the most probable causes and go all the way down to the obscure ones.
Too many times I've seen computers that got maltreated by other supposedly computer techs/shops and in ways not obvious for you to recognize. Please be careful who you choose and whether you call me or somebody else, only a few professionals out there do the right thing, so make sure you check their credentials and testimonials!
